Are You Kidding Me!

Wow that's all I've got to say. Peyton is no doubt the best in the league and maybe ever. He showed that today. I sat there looking at the TV and watching our 21 point lead get smaller, and smaller, and smaller, before Nick Folk kicked the game winning field goal to send my Panthers back home.

But the most disappointing thing in the game was seeing Jake go down. He got knocked out literally. I was worried. i didn't know much about Jack Elliott, other than that he played at Michigan. I certainly hope Delhomme is okay, because he took a shot.

But I mean, Elliott! Where did this guy come from. He came out looking like another Tom Brady! He was killing the Colts defense early on. They couldn't stop him, and the Panthers would have won if Jim Sorgi was at quarterback.....but he wasn't.

I was just getting madder, and madder, after every completion Manning had. I mean Wayne had 15 catches. That ridiculous! Manning finished with 592 yards passing! I think it's time to say bye-bye to Rob Ryan and his new defense! No I'm only kidding, I don't think any defense could have stopped Manning today, he was just incredible!

I was definetely impressed with Jonathan Stewart. I mean it's his first game without D-Will, and he did great. He rushed for 121 yards on 25 rushes. That's a great day in my book. Everette Brown was also great. He sacked Manning a couple times I believe, and he got us rolling on a 62 yard fumble return for a touchdown. He is going to be great, and he IS Julius Peppers replacement I don't care what John Fox says. After we were up 28-7 I started talking trash to Coltsfan45 on Youtube, and it seemed it made the Panthers worse, so next week in Atlanta there will be no trash talk to HotLanta78 or FalconBoy90. I was just so pumped at halftime, I wished we would have won. It would have been great to every Panther fan out there to not only beat Manning, but destroy the Colts, and we just couldn't hang on. I'd like to say thanks to everybody who has donated to my blog, and I will continue this blog next week, but for now Panther fans just keep grindin' and I'll catch y'all later!!!

Are You Ready For Some Panther Football!

Hey Panther Fans, the time has finally come! The Preseason is over, and the it's time for the real deal. The 2012 season should be an exciting one. The number one question going into the season is can Jake Delhomme bring us to the playoffs? We lost Matt Moore in the off-season to the Jaguars, and I sure hope the Delhomme of '03 can come back. The season opener is Sept.11 in Indianapolis. I also can't wait to see the defense. It will be a huge test against Peyton Manning and the Colts right off the bat, but I'm hoping the new addition to Adalius Thomas will help. I'm going to have a weekly blog about everything Panthers, and maybe a little bit of the NFL in general. My name is Chase, and I have been a devoted Panther fan since I was born. I was born in Rockingham, NC, and I'm also a UNC Tar Heels fan. I love the Atlanta Hawks, and Bobcats in the NBA, and I love the Tampa Bay Rays. I hope to have some great discussions through this blog, so to everyone, Happy Football, and I hope your team does well..... except the Saints, and Falcons. Go Panthers!!!!
